Ordering through this website

All prices are quoted in New Zealand Dollars and are inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated. Pricing and other information quoted on this site may change without notice. Freight is included at an additional charge. Orders can only be delivered to a New Zealand address. This also includes rural addresses, but allow extra time for goods to be received. North Island deliveries take approximately two to three working days. South Island deliveries take approximately three to five working days. Elephanta endeavours to process your order as soon as possible, and can usually dispatch an order by courier within one business day of receiving it. Elephanta retains ownership of the ordered goods until payment is made in full, and all risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to your stated delivery address. Elephanta is owned, operated and created in New Zealand.

Issues regarding your order

In the unlikely event Elephanta is unable to fulfil your order, we will contact you as soon as possible (usually within one business day) so you can advise us if you would like a substitute product or a full refund. If the goods received are faulty or incorrect, please refer to our Returns Policy page for instructions on how to remedy this. Elephanta will meet its obligations in accordance with your rights as a customer under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986.
