Return Policy

Elephanta's liability in connection with any order is limited to no more than the total price paid by you for the products.

Faulty Products

All Elephanta products are covered by a consumer warranty that protects you against any manufacturer defects. If you find that the product you have ordered has a manufacturing fault, or does not perform as it is meant to, we will either a) repair, b) replace, or c) refund you for the cost of the item. The method of reparation will be at Elephanta's discretion.

For faulty product enquiries, please contact us at info@elephanta.co.nz or on (04) 380 0371 as soon as possible, with the name of the product, where you purchased it from, a brief description of the fault, and (if emailing) photos of the fault. We will respond as soon as we can to help resolve the matter for you.

Products Damaged In Transit

If the product you have ordered has been damaged in transit, please keep all of the contents (including any packaging) for our inspection. As a precaution, whenever signing for the delivery of an item, Elephanta strongly recommends writing "STI" next to your signature - an abbreviation of 'Subject To Inspection'. For transit-damaged product enquiries, please contact us at info@elephanta.co.nz or on (04) 380 0371 as soon as possible, with the name of the product, a brief description of the damage, and (if emailing) photos of your damaged product. We will respond as soon as we can to help resolve the matter for you.

Incorrect Item Received

If an incorrect item is delivered to you, we will arrange for the incorrect item to be exchanged for the correct item at no additional cost to you.For incorrectly item enquiries, please contact us at info@elephanta.co.nz or on (04) 380 0371 within 14 days with a brief description of the error. We will respond as soon as we can to help resolve the matter for you.

Order Cancellation

Once placed, an order can only be cancelled if agreed by Elephanta in writing. If an order cancellation is approved, you will still be liable to pay any costs associated with the order that Elephanta has already incurred. Please choose your product carefully as we cannot provide a refund if you change your mind.
